Please note that the provider scheduled telehealth appointments are for chronic conditions or stable diagnoses to expedite management.
Booked telehealth is often inappropriate for acute presentations or unclear diagnoses due to the delay until review, and the limitations of video call for further assessment.

Lions Outback Vision provides a weekday on call service on 08 6102 4556 from 0700 – 1700 staffed by an ophthalmology doctor.

If you require advice outside of these hours, then please contact Royal Perth Hospital on 08 9224 2244, Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital on 08 6457 3333 or refer the patient to your nearest hospital Emergency Department.
if you are booking a Telehealth consultation on the same day as the required appointment please notify the office on 9381 0802 so we can ensure the patient records are prepared in time for the consultation.
